Tagliolini with Lemon & Parmigiano

Who doesn’t love pasta? We all love pasta no matter where we come from. It’s so interesting that such a simple dish from Italy has become so popular around the world. Living in Italy has allowed me to discover the Mediterranean cuisine especially Italian cooking. One secret I learned in Italian cooking is that fresh/local ingredients make all the difference.

Today I want to share the perfect summer pasta dish from Jamie Oliver’s kitchen channel in collaboration with my favourite Italian chef Gennaro Contaldo.

Gennaro is famous for his simple and delicious cooking and I have been learning so many great recipes from him. I love this simple Tagliolini dish obviously because I like anything with lemons and also it’s such a light pasta dish, but if you want to make it more creamy just add a bit of cream.
